Every purchase are not returnable or exchanged unless there is a defect in our product (not more than 7 days of receipt)
Only defected items can be returned. Cash refunds are NOT AVAILABLE. only unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented conditions products with tags are accepted for refund. Customers are advised to notify eDast first at order.edast@gmail.com quoting the order number and product details.


We will not take any responsibilities for any lost or damage during shipping.

Item color displayed are probably to be slightly different of the original color due of lighting effect while photo taken or the effect of computer setting and smartphone editing.

If payment made exceed the item price exchanged will be returned with the goods.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Tracking number will be given once posted. If addressee is not available by the time POS Laju at his/her place, we advise her/him to pickup his/her item at nearest POSLAJU branch. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due if customer not available by the time parcel delivered. Also buyer has to top up shipping cost again if parcel returned to us. We dont provide refund if u change your mind by dont want to resend the parcel.

We dont do refund if ur parcel is not deliverd/missing. Poslaju is the one who is responsible on handling the shipping. We can provide true details we have send the parcel out. However we can make a claim for you to POS MALAYSIA. The process of refund will take about 3 months.
